Our comprehensive planning service brings the couple's vision to life, reflecting their unique style and personality for an engaging guest experience. Services can include everything from vendor selection, contract management, RSVP tracking, website assistance, liaison, guest communication, signage creation, logistics management to errand running and more. We understand that each client has different needs and no two weddings are alike, so we customize all the way. Instead of trying to fit our brides into specific packages, we plan on an hourly basis.  Everybody starts with the same retainer, but we realize that some brides want more involvement and some want less.

We often get asked, "do you have a "day of" service?" The answer is no. We believe that in order to effectively "direct" a wedding, it is essential to spend some time getting to know the couple and learn about their desires for how the wedding weekend will unfold. We also deem it essential to have communication with vendors prior to the big day. This service could be called "month of"! We create your timeline, provide it to vendors allowing time to make changes or have dialogue about the wedding day. We sit in on any final meetings deemed necessary. And come the weekend of the wedding, we show up well prepared to orchestrate a seamless and organized event.
